Equipment and layout planned by a personal trainer, around your goals, your space and your budget. Villa garages, spare rooms, gardens and apartments across Dubai.
Packages from AED 750. Send a photo of the space and we'll take it from there.
Buy the equipment after the plan, not before it.
Most home gyms are bought the wrong way round: equipment first, plan later. The result is familiar. A treadmill that becomes a clothes rail. A rack that won't fit under the ceiling. A cable machine that takes half the garage and covers one movement.
A good home gym starts with a different question: what do you need to train? Once that's clear, the equipment list gets shorter, the budget goes further, and everything in the room gets used.
That's what this consultation does. I plan your gym the same way I plan a programme: around your goals, how you move, and what will keep you progressing for years, not weeks.
A rack, a bar and a mirror in a small room. Planned properly, that is a complete gym.
We start with what you want from your training and a look at how you move. Someone building muscle needs a different room from someone rebuilding after an injury or training for a sport.
Floor area, ceiling height, flooring, air conditioning, access and noise. In person in the areas I cover, or from photos, measurements and a video call anywhere else.
We set a budget and split it into buy-now and buy-later, so the first purchase gives you a complete gym and every later one adds something genuinely useful.
You receive a written equipment list in priority order, with specifications and price options, and a layout showing where everything goes and how much room each movement needs.
Once the gym is set up, you get a training programme built around your exact equipment, so the room is used properly from the first day.
Choose how hands-on you'd like me to be. Every package ends with a gym you'll use and a programme to use it with.

Almost everything you do is built from eight movements. A well-planned gym lets you train every one of them, whatever its size.
Every gym is planned individually, but most fall into one of these. The goal in each is the same: a complete gym, not a collection of equipment.
Around 2 × 2 metres. Enough for strength, mobility and conditioning with smart choices.
Best for apartments and first home gyms.
Around 3 × 4 metres. Space for a barbell and everything the full progression needs.
Best for villas and long-term strength training.
Room for every capacity: strength, power, conditioning and recovery.
Best for families and households training together.
Garages and gardens get hot, and humidity rusts bare steel. Placement, air conditioning and finishes are planned so the gym is usable, and stays in good condition, all year.
Villa tiles crack under dropped weights, upstairs rooms have load limits, and low ceilings rule out overhead work and some racks. Measured first, not discovered later.
Building rules, floor loading and neighbours shape what's sensible. The plan works within them, without compromising the training.
The Remote Plan is AED 750, In-Home Design is AED 1,500 and the Full Build is AED 3,000. If you start in-person coaching within 30 days, the full fee is credited towards your sessions.
It depends on your space and goals. A small, effective set-up for a spare room can cost a few thousand dirhams, and a fully equipped garage gym considerably more. Your plan gives you a prioritised list, so you know exactly what to buy first and what can wait.
Less than most people think. A clear area of about 2 by 2 metres is enough for dumbbells, a bench and floor work. A single garage or spare room will take a rack, barbell and conditioning machine.
No. The advice is independent: I don't sell equipment or take commission from suppliers, so every recommendation is based on what suits you. With the Full Build, I handle the sourcing and quotes for you, and you buy direct.
Yes. Apartment gyms need extra thought about floor loading, noise and building rules, and the plan accounts for all three.
